No, all activities, including mentoring, workshops, and 1-on-1 sessions, will be 100% virtual. The only in-person event will be the Demo Day in the city of Cali.
We prefer startups with a team that is already running a business and has early commercial traction, but we are open to discussing with founders who are looking to build their teams. Ideally, the existing team is already formed by co-founders and may have hired one or more employees. You and your team members should have complementary skills and a positive dynamic for your company to function. Team dynamics are actually a critical component of the selection process.
